Returns & Exchanges

Home Decor + Small Merchandise:

 

Regular priced items purchased online and in-store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, please bring your original receipt. Refunds on regular priced items will be provided in the original method of payment and original payment card(s). Special Order Items: Store Credit only with a 20% restocking fee within 7 days of purchase. Floor Models get store credit of full amount or cash/credit refund with 10% restocking fee, if within 7 days of purchase. Discounted Floor Models are final sale. Decor, giftware, and clothing get full refund with receipt, if within 7 days of purchase, and exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase and receipt. Jewellery returns with receipt can receive an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, except earrings are final sale. All items eligible for return must be in original condition. Final sale on clearance, discounted, damaged, or sale items. Subject to change during holiday periods. We only keep electronic copies of receipts for those customers entered into our system.

 

Returning Online Purchases:

 

Returns for orders made online can be done through email or in person at our Uptown location.

At time of delivery, ensure the package does not appear damaged. If damaged, do not accept the delivery from the courier and contact the Shoppe (778-433-7467). You can return items by mail within 14 days of purchase. To return through mail please include a copy of your receipt. You are responsible for shipping costs when returning items.

Courier orders can only be canceled prior to the item being shipped. If your article has been shipped we are unable to cancel the order. For further information, contact us at 778-433-7467.

 

Gift receipts:

 

Items accompanied by a gift receipt can be exchanged in-store for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Store credit will be applied to a Shoppe JV Interiors gift card. Gift receipts are not issued or accepted for online orders.

 

Gift Cards:

 

Gift cards cannot be purchased but may be redeemed online. All gift cards are final sale. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

Furniture + Large Accents:

 

To report furniture and/or large accents damaged in transit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To report a furniture defect, contact us within the specified warranty period.

Furniture and large accents returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery or pick up and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To arrange a return of a large accent or furniture piece please us by email at [email protected].  An original receipt must be present when arranging returns.
